The frequencies of 3.390 and 6.965 MHz are used by HAARP and the instrument can be seen switching to a low gain mode for the tests. The HAARP signals preceeding the event you observed on 2/5 show unusual frequencies not normally associated with HAARP and unusual stepping patterns.
