Patriot Act 215: Amends 50 USC 1862 to allow application to FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) court for an order to compel the production of any business record from anyone for any investigation to protect against international terrorism or clandestine intelligence activities (but cannot investigate a U.S. person solely for First Amendment activities). a. No showing needed that the person is the agent of a foreign power. b. Order to a court � MUST be granted if application meets requirements. c. Order won't say that it is under this section. d. Persons served by it are gagged. e.
