http://www.stratiawire.com/ AUGUST 29. BACKGROUNDER 5. BILL CLINTON AND THE CHINESE HOAX. The best source book on this lurid affair is YEAR OF THE RAT. To make a quick summary of one aspect of the scandal, Clinton made friends with the Riady family, which had heavy business ties to a Chinese holding company that was actually a front for Chinese intelligence. Therefore, Clinton was dealing with a family which was, in effect, acting as agents for China. Clinton obtained campaign cash from the Riadys. Clinton then made a sudden switch in policy and granted most favored trading status to China. Clinton then lobbied for, and obtained support for, permanent favored status for China. Obviously, in these actions, Clinton was himself an agent for the Chinese. Clinton may have been crazy, but he wasn’t stupid, as the old saying goes. He knew what he was doing. Now here is the kicker. A number of analysts, perceiving these Clinton machinations, concluded that Clinton changed his China policy because he obtained campaign cash from the Riadys. No, no, no. That was just the first layer, the obvious layer in the whole scheme. Because it is laughable and absurd to imagine that a US president, after receiving a little bribe, is permitted to unilaterally change US (and global) foreign policy in a major way. Such matters as China’s position in the world economy are pondered and decided by men who are to Clinton as Cartier is to costume jewelry, as the NY Yankees are to a Little League team in Spokane. Parallel: Do you really think George W Bush is deciding whether the US will mount an all-out invasion of Iraq? Does a priest in a parish in the Bronx decide whether the Vatican will pay out a billion dollars to settle pedophile claims from New York to Berlin? When a serious OP like inviting China into the Big Club in the global economy is mounted, the heavy hitters make sure there are false trails and diversions at all sorts of levels to conceal themselves. And as certain as the fact that the moon rises is the fact that Bill Clinton has been used as a patsy to accomplish many objectives for those who sit far above him in the REAL power ladder of the planet. Clinton was an ideal dupe. His sexual appetites, his thirst for power, his propensity to lie at the drop of a hat, his ability to seem “presidential” to the masses—all these aspects could be played like a harp. And they were. This is how the game works. Dupes are always selected. They can be made to take blame, even and especially when this blame is “discovered to be valid” by enterprising investigators who are “probing beneath the surface.” Scenarios are always laid down in advance by heavy hitters when they are mounting a serious OP. And part of that exercise is planting “secret jewels in the mud” which can be dug out by industrious investigators and reporters. Except these jewels turn out to be diversions from the truth. Yes, Clinton is implicated. Yes, he acted impulsively, to a degree, in the China affair. He did take campaign cash from Chinese agents, and this did result in a quid pro quo. But that “grand discovery” is only one piece of the real story, and it serves to deflect us from the main event. CHINA WAS ADMITTED INTO THE GLOBAL CLUB BECAUSE MAJOR CARTEL PLAYERS WANT TO SUBDUE CHINA AND BEND IT TO A GLOBALIST AGENDA. Some of those players are members of the British Roundtable, a group which has inherited the position that China is a legitimate locale for vast plunder—as it was during the famous Opium Wars of the 19th century. The current White House/Pentagon “debate” about attacking Iraq is a front for the real decisions, which come from men who control men who own oil companies. Dick Cheney is closer to that center of power than George W Bush is, but even Cheney is carrying water for others. George W is filled with the desire to redeem his family and finish what his father started in the Gulf War of 1991. But so what? Dupes always have personal agendas. That goes without saying. The DEFINITION of a dupe is a person who will do XYZ for his own reasons—when in fact he is acting on behalf of others who are in charge and have their own motives. So when you read about layers of exposure in a situation—when it seems like the investigator has hit paydirt by ferreting out previously undisclosed material, stop and think. Are you looking at the bottom answer, the bottom revelation, or are you just looking at a layer that was PLANTED TO BE FOUND LATER? Are you looking at yet another diversion? As you read the WIRE every day, you will notice that I often give you these intermediate layers of truth. Why bother? Because they do fill out the picture, they do show the lies the public has been kept from seeing. Because it helps to go from A to B to C to D, rather than just skip to D every time. But be aware that I’m really saying—even if I don’t write it—“This is INTERMEDIATE, this is a layer of truth, this rightfully makes certain trusted people into criminals who should be legally liable for their actions (e.g., Clinton), but this is not the whole piece. If the big boys at the Roundtable didn’t want China to join the Club, and if Clinton had bull-headedly gone ahead on his own, and granted China that favored trade status, and if he had refused change his mind despite warnings, he would have found himself taken OUT by a bullet from a “crazed lone assassin” on a warm Tuesday afternoon. <A HREF="http://www.ctrl.org/">www.ctrl.org</A> DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
