Your options are really the same as I offered. It is strange that you offer the option of theocracy. The majority of Israelis are not religious but consider themselves ethnic Jews - NOT mere practitioners of a religion. It is doubtful most Israelis would become 'theocrats' - especially since there are about 1 million Russian non Jews who have not been ghettoized like Israeli citizens of Arab desent. Your choice of "every Israeli being armed" should be the personal choice of any citizen of any country since the right to self defense is a basic human right. I doubt that Palestinians would care if they were 'searched' before they could enter Israel if they had their own real country. Of course they could search Israelis in return. Realistically the policy for Palestinian / Israeli border crossing would probably be based on basic economic benefit for both national economies. I realized I left out a choice. The Israelis could annex the W Bank and Gaza and maintain an Occupied Apartheid State for the Palestinians - keeping them ghettoized and use them as cheap labor serfs. Perhaps with technological advances Palestinians could all be implanted with microchips at birth so they could be monitored and controlled at all times.
