I prefer something that will stop deaths on both sides, that will allow Israel to continue to exist as a Jewish state. In their own state, which had to be worked from scratch, welfare from anyone other than the other Muslim countries stopped, the unarmed Palestinians would be too busy making a living to worry about killing Israelis.
