Well, for gnome I found a (debian/ubuntu) package called "openbox-gnome-session" which runs the openbox wm with a gnome session. Similarly there is "openbox-kde-session". The gnome version is more complicated than I'd like, really, (the kde version is simpler) but it seems like they could be adapted for ctwm. For xubuntu (xfce), I found http://www.haskell.org/haskellwiki/Xmonad/Using_xmonad_in_XFCE for using the xmonad window manager. -Olaf. -- ___ Olaf 'Rhialto' Seibert -- The Doctor: No, 'eureka' is Greek for \X/ rhialto/at/xs4all.nl -- 'this bath is too hot.'
