[cvs.lp.se #48] ctwm extra color for focussed window title

Hi Richard,

I'm using ctwm and the webpage tells me you're the current maintainer.
I'd like to see a small feature added to ctwm, if it would be
possible.  It would be nice if the focussed window would not only
have a different border color and title highlight pixmap but also
a different title background/foreground, seperate from the
TitleBackground/Foreground settings (which then would be the default
for unfocussed windows.)  What do you think of adding this feature?
