I've wished for something like this also, since I usually resort to
highlighting the border of the focussed window.
However, this is not The TWM Way.
But that really doesn't matter to me.
If implemented as a new Color {} setting, it wouldn't affect any current
rc as it would just be an unused keyword.
Which reminds me - there's something else that I was going to patch, but
I'll put it into another letter.
I like this idea.
