I never noticed this, but that could be me... I have "focus follows cursor".
Create two xterm windows. When you move from window1 to window2 you can see that window1 loses focus (the cursor becomes hollow) and window2 gets focus (the cursor becomes solid). Now switch to another workspace, and move the cursor to a location that falls (in the original workspace) within window1. Switch back to the original workspace. Now window1 gets the focus, but window2 still shows the solid cursor. -- Johan
