I just wanted to let to know that SFTP transfers with libcurl may get faster
with the next version of libssh2:

We may have to reconsider how we work with the buffer for SFTP uploads to
better maximize the bandwidth. A much bigger buffer will for example be a huge
benefit.
I don't know when libssh2 will ship next release, but if you're using SCP/SFTP
with libcurl it might be worth trying out a recent libssh2 snapshot or current
git to see if things are different.
