It's not quite decided yet in the libssh2 project.
I would say that a likely outcome is that existing libcurl versions will do
speedier SFTP transfers unmodified with a newer libssh2 (especially
downloads), but to make the transfer speeds really get a bump we will need to
adapt the code somewhat.
