Also, what version of libcurl did you upgrade to? I know with one of my CentOS systems, I used the cityfan repo's to pull a much newer version of libcurl in. That worked like a charm. I see the city-fan repo has libcurl-7.50.1-1.0.cf.fc13.x86_64.rpm for Fedora 13. I believe that's a precompiled library though. Is it possible for you to try installing via the city-fan repo?
