3. We usually don't use hypens in the portname, and portlint wanrs
about this afaik. It'd be better to name the port rubygem-pkgconfig
Just a short note here, the original thing lives in devel/pkg-config so
this port name is sensible.
Actually we renamed all dash-less portnames in GNOME land to "dash-full"
couple years ago.
