Sorry, I overlooked these replies. I fixed lmms and freecell-solver a
few hours after this commit, but it looks like the last 7.X build did
not pick the fixes up.

Worse, automoc4 hangs returned.
Please consider reverting this change.
If this commit really has triggered the problem, I'd rather add corresponding
lines to automoc Makefile than reverting bsd.cmake.mk.
automoc hangs are unrelated to this, as far as I know.
Ok, do we know what is wrong with automoc4?
