Strange; I haven't seen anything like that. It may help to rm -rf libraries/filepath (assuming you don't have any unsent patches in it already) and re-run ./darcs-all get to ensure a clean copy. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend rebuilding from a fresh tree, if you haven't tried that already.
