The easiest way to be sure dph isn't accidentally in the binary, and
that building from source doesn't accidentally require it, is to not
have it in the default builds.

We can still do validate runs with it, with "./sync-all --dph get".

We can certainly branch dph. What about primitive and vector (which have
darcs upstreams)?

Thanks
