la ofensivă</span> pentru a se asigura că copiile programelor sale sunt

detectarea programelor (software) instalate pe PC-uri.</li>
            <li>Acum se foloseşte de Internet pentru a pune software de 
detectare a pirateriei în copiile MS-Office de pe PC-urile oamenilor.</li>
            <li>În toată lumea, Business Software Alliance recurge la 
diferite proceduri pentru a pune sub acuzare pe cei care deranjează – de 
exemplu, în UK (Marea Britanie) se oferă mari recompense în bani oricui
