This will take you to the top level of the FAQ folder.</li> <li> Click on the <i>Download</i> tab on top of the main area.<br /> This will download a file called <i>faqfolder_download</i> to your default download file location.<br /> This is actually a zip file containing all the FAQs in html format, although the file is not saved with a .zip extension by default. If you need to, rename the file so that it is recognised as an archive file.</li> <li> Unzip this file to extract all the faqs into folders and files.
