Robert and I are still googling around to find a definite answer. NOTE: I just find it amazing that open source projects (Debian, *BSD, Gentoo etc.) have this info readily available and that Apple computer has completely glossed this. I entered "debian user limits", in Google, and I got this right away! Securing Debian HOWTO Appendix B Configuration checklist http://www.linuxsecurity.com/resource_files/host_security/securing-debian-howto/ap-checklist.en.html It says to look in /etc/security/limits.conf, if you are not using PAM otherwise go here: Securing Debian Manual Chapter 4 - After Installation 4.10 Providing secure user access 4.10.1 User authentication: PAM http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto/ch4.en.html That took all of 7 minutes to find it and copy and paste here. Robert and I have been searching for hours ! _______________________________________________ CWE-LUG mailing list http://www.cwelug.org/ [email protected] http://lists.firepipe.net/listinfo/cwe-lug
