Someone metioned on /. that this doesn't really change anything for
apple unless they put a heavy emphasis on WINE.  It would be a VERY good
idea for Apple to heavily contribute to wine development or Cedega or
Codeweavers.

It depends on which angle they want to play.  If they want to increase
the number of GAmes for the MAC platform--a problem for many people who
wont consider macs because of the lack of games--they would probably
look at Cedega (used to be wineX).

CodeWeavers Xover office seems to be more of a gui wrapper around wine
and the removal of debug information to make it run a little nicer.  Not
very game friendly in my experience.  I have run most other apps that
work under both wine and Xover but I haven't played with it lately.
