After booting up MS2K....
If I call on firefox.exe
before modem has time to connect to ISP
then...all I get is the menu bar
If I cancel out firefox.exe and call firefox back
then...I still get just the menu bar
However;
If I wait till modem has connected to ISP
then call on firefox.exe
Firefox Browser works fine
Another Example:

If after connecting to ISP and I call on thunderbird
then call on firefox.exe
Firefox Browser does not execute

Oddly enough Robert, since Firefox is my browser of chose.
I brought up an application called Ad Aware when I allowed
the application to upgrade itself it executed Firefox and the
application was able to take me to it's home page.

Now Firefox won't work under the conditions I mentioned; but
an application can call on it and work just fine.
