How does one paste with X11 running on OS X? The "normal" way to paste in X11 is to highlight some text and then press the middle mouse button. An alternate way for pasting is to press the keys Shift+Ins. However, a Mac only has a single mouse button and does not have an Ins key (nor a Del key). How does one paste? Attach a 3-button mouse?
