OOo's database is somewhat less than desirable. For example, while I can "connect" to an Access database and I can view all of the data in a table, I cannot query it. That is, I have not been able to run a simple SELECT query, whether I create it using the Wizard, the design view, or the SQL view. Maybe I'm overlooking something, but when I click on Finish, I expect the Wizard to save the query. Instead, pressing Finish does nothing. > There is another tool, as I recall, that is from Brazil > called Agata Report, which is very much like Crystal Reports. > Unfortunately the documentation is only in Portuguese at this > point and I'm not sure that it directly supports Access DB files, > but may thru ODBC shims.
