I know you it's not your first choice, but because Debian stable's version of Firefox is still at 1.0something, and I don't want to apt-pin on that machine, I downloaded the Firefox 2.0 binary straight from www.mozilla.com. I don't recall the exact installation method (I think there was an installation script), but it was very simple and installs in /usr/local/bin. If all else fails, maybe give that a go. Sorry about the iceweasel talk. I think that might be for the next release of Debian and probably will not be an Ubuntu related thing at all. _______________________________________________ CWE-LUG mailing list [email protected] http://www.cwelug.org/ http://www.cwelug.org/archives/ http://www.cwelug.org/mailinglist/
