Is there any advantage/disadvantage to having repository components in one line or several lines in a sources.list file?
As far as I can tell, this single line: deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper main restricted universe multiverse is equivalent to these: deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper main deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper restricted deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper universe deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper multiverse When I use either the single-line or multiple-line version I get the same result, which I expected from reading the man page. But is there anything I should watch out for?
