Here is one: http://tinyurl.com/3y5ztg this is a/b http://tinyurl.com/364n3y Here is one that is a only Here is an 802.11a access point http://tinyurl.com/2vq553 Agent M and Robert: The chief difficulty I am running into is that many of the available 802.11a/g WiFi cards use a Texas Instruments chipset. This chipset is not supported in OpenBSD. From the man page: acx - TI ACX100/ACX111 IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless network device .... FILES The driver needs a set of firmware files which are loaded when an inter- face is brought up: /etc/firmware/tiacx100 /etc/firmware/tiacx100r0D /etc/firmware/tiacx100r11 /etc/firmware/tiacx111 /etc/firmware/tiacx111c16 /etc/firmware/tiacx111r16 These firmware files are not free because TI refuses to grant distribution rights. In fact they have rebuffed thousands of attempts to start a dialogue on this issue. As a result, even though OpenBSD includes the driver, the firmware files cannot be included and users have to download these files on their own. .... This acx driver includes many of the 802.11g cards. For instance the Linksys WPC54Gv2, which is in many stores, uses this acx device. _______________________________________________ CWE-LUG mailing list [email protected] http://www.cwelug.org/ http://www.cwelug.org/archives/ http://www.cwelug.org/mailinglist/
