Yup. And they STILL have not removed the bit that says you have to send them notice, in writing, to Mountain View, CA, in order to "End your relationship with Google." I guess that a simple uninstall does not, then, end that relationship? I know, I know. It's Beta. I'm still a bit puzzled about retroactive modifications to legal documents being enforceable without both parties consenting to the changes. Good thing I'm no lawyer.
