I believe there's actually debate about whether these things are 
valid since there's no ability to actually negotiate.  W/o looking 
it up, I don't know if it's ever been legally contested.

I think it's okay to comment on it, but if it really upsets you, why 
not email them?  Or post a comment about it on the blog Scott linked to?
