Yup.  Interestingly enough, I wasn't even asked for my voter card
although I had it in my hand.  The election official just asked my
name, told the next worker which election form I was to use (more than
one precinct uses the same voting site),  and she produced a form with
my signature on it and asked me to countersign it before handing me my
ballot.
