Nope.  I have use the wiimote to use my laptopscreen as a touchscreen,
but that's not what you are looking for.

It may be possible to use a serial to USB converter:

I have never had any luck with the PS/2 to USB converters, but maybe
serial is different.

No worries about the sudo test.  I'm going to try it out in a VM later on.

Usually, it does, but not necessarrily.
