Apple's licenses specify that you may run Mac OS X Server as a guest on a Mac OS X Server host (you may - may - be able to run regular ol' Mac OS X as a guest, but I don't think so). And that's it. Of course, you can run Windows and Linux guests on Mac OS X hosts, but you may NOT run Mac OS X guests on Windows or Linux hosts.
