In the Sharing prefpane, there's a selection for "Internet" where you select
a connection to share, then select what medium to use for sharing. Two
clicks (once you get to that prefpane). Very easy to find accidentally.

Of course, you need to have the right hardware plugged in/enabled and
something selected in the Network prefpane (default is good; I munge mine
pretty thoroughly though).
