Yup, Visio is a pretty nice app. What's funny is that many years ago I used to do CAD (yikes! Years is turning into decades.) I recall creating specialized tools/objects within the CAD environment that were unique to specific projects. In this case I don't really want a full CAD environment, but some kind of CAD-like application with the special-purpose tools/objects for servers in a rack.
