We pay $14.99 per month for 3 Mbps DSL from AT&T.  Your folks should be able to get this deal if they call and advise them they are switching to a competitor.  I agree that AT&T customer service is not great but is no worse than charter.  It seems to me that the broadband internet choice for most of the St. Louis market are AT&T, Charter, or Clear: http://www.clear.com/ See you soon, Robert Anthony Lordi wrote: I pay $14.99 for low speed dsl from ATT.
