Well, after using VB & Parallels, it’s pretty obvious that Parallels
is a LOT faster. As for features, the biggie for me was that Parallels
allows you to drag & drop files & folders from the OS X host to the
Windows guest to copy them, & vice versa, which is super-convenient &
helpful.

Interesting. Can you elaborate?
I am interested because VirtualBox has some limits, e.g. it cannot
work with physical storage over 2 TB, for which I am looking for
alternate solutions.
