Hi Sergio,
No, it hasn't been released yet. That will hopefully happen soon -- just
waiting on a couple of issues to be resolved before doing so. In the
meantime, you can use the development version by simply cloning the
repository and building it yourself. If that isn't for you, please be
patient. The new release should be out in the next couple of weeks at most.
