Anthony, thanks for your response, I think I will fetch the latest sources
from Bitbucket.
If it's ok, I'd like to ask about naming the distribution files: dmg, app,
msi.

I'd like them not to include the version, removing the version only gets me
' 0.0.0' appended to the name.
