Hey Tim,

I'm sort of glad to hear code signing was a big headache for someone other
than me. :)

I added the support to cx_Freeze for code signing after going through some
of the same headaches as you did, and we now use the cx_Freeze support for
signing our public release. It's worked well for us so far, but I'll be
interested to hear how it works in another project.
