I'm not sure if that's it but the following looks weird (in
JMSBrokerSetup.java):
synchronized (this) {
broker.setPersistenceAdapter(new
MemoryPersistenceAdapter());
broker.addConnector(brokerUrl);
broker.start();
Thread.sleep(200); <---- why 200ms?
notifyAll();
}
Maybe broker.start() returns before actually the server ports are bound.
