Team, Should we have a Chinese language user's mailing list? For users in China and Taiwan, the ability to ask questions and get answers in their native language might be a nice selling point for CXF over other web service frameworks. There is some precedent for this already at Apache--the web server has a German-language list and the Cocoon project a French-language one.
