Oops, forgot to mention, this is the exception that caused the class missing
error:

org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Could not instantiate
bean class [org.apache.cxf.jaxws.EndpointImpl]: Constructor threw exception;
nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/ws/commons/schema/extensions/ExtensionDeserializer
