Hi, I had a glance through this site, and the Wiki, but didn't see
anything on this. I'm creating a gamebox, and it has two sided
counters - one side is an icon representing a class of unit, such as
infantry, and the other side is the exact unit, such as rifleman
squad 5, or something like that. The idea was that at the start, all
counters would only show their class, but not the type of unit, ie,
infantry, vehicle, aircraft counter, not showing if it were a tank,
artillery, bomber, fighter, or anything like that. Then, when the
unit could be seen by an enemy unit, the counter would be flipped
over to reveal what it is to the other player.
When I went into the scenario editor, set it to both sides visible.
Then I made a test game. Player 1 put some counters down. Then
flipped them over to show the other side. Then Player 2 had a turn,
and replayed the turn recording of player 1. However, all Player 2
saw were the counters being placed. Player 2 never saw the counters
flipped over. I tried placing and flipping over Player 2's counters,
then watching it as Player 1, but again, no flipping over of counters
could be seen. So, only the 'hidden' side of the counters was
showing, and the details on the other side of the coutner would not
show to the other player, even when the piece is flipped over...
Any help?
