I've asked this once before approx 2 yr ago,but did not get an answer. Why do some computers not show text boxes and owner tips?
None of my work computers show them, but all other computers that I've viewed CB on, with one exception do show them. That one computer has been disposed of by my friend, so I no longer have access to it. Any thoughts on this?
