First, open up a .gam or .gsn file of the gamebox you wish to use. Look for the two "cloud" icons along the top of the Cyberboard Player and "toggle" them to turn on "Object Text Tips" and "Owner Text Tips." You can also turn these settings on by selecting "View" from the topline menu, and "selecting" the same two options from the drop-down menu. If that does not work, then either such "text tips" haven't been entered for that particular gamebox, or you may need to turn "pop-ups" on in your Windows settings from your Control Panel.
