Since I started routinely updating at office update and windows update (and
switched to ME/Office2k) I've yet to get a blue screen. Of course,
refraining from trying out questionable software that always sounds too good
to be true helps a lot, too. While I have to admit I really have no use for
hotmail or any other free 'fake' email account...I don't need any more
personalities than the one I already have, and yet I can't help but wonder
if it might not be a good idea for customers' use. Then again, we're not
really headed all that much in the conventional cybercafe direction; rather,
we're moving more in the direction of a private online and daytrading stock
club and in between this the spare systems are used by drop in students and
others needing lessons (those 500 and a 1000 dollar programs are a LOT
cheaper that way!) as well as a few repairs on personal systems each week.
While we're light on the food end we did finally locate a really good
capachino/expresso machine reasonably cheap. :)

That means there is a problem with:

a Microsoft application (IE),
-
when it tries to read a Microsoft formatted document
(Word or .doc I presume),
-
while useing a Microsoft affiliated e-mail system.

Oh that's the funniest thing I've heard today. :-p
