Download the message cleaner software... it removes excess spaces, hard
returns and all that kinda stuff =)

It's either freeware or shareware, can't remember which =)
I'd just copy it, paste it in the message cleaner (have it set to remove the
hard returns, extra spaces and lines) have it process those rules then copy
that and paste it into word to format the text =)
