Save it as a web page (html) using File/Save and then open it in MS Word
or some other editor that can read html. If you use MS Word, it can be
then saved as a Word document.

If you use IE, it gives you the option of saving it as a 'complete' web
page, with images and everything, or just a single page. The latter
method is easier to deal with if you only want the text, the former if you
want pictures and everything.
