The brand from country to country varies. Of course IBM is IBM all over the
world - for example - but I'm sure your pocket will appreciate very much if
you start with quality PC's no matter if they are IBM's or home assembled
clones as long as they work like your customers expect.

What sort of neighborhood will you be in ? White collar ? Red Necks ?
College Campus nearby ? Chinatown like ? Latino type ?
As you can gather from these simple questions, you'll have to decide your
sort of music, refreshments, food, decoration, etc.. PC's ?

To some a cybercafe is a food business with internet conection to amuse
customers, to other - techie type - it is pure hardware. To me is both, but
think that one computer will ONLY give you 5 bucks - to say a number - for
one hour of Internet conection. What else is there to that hour ?
Capuchino, 2 bucks, piece of cake, 2 bucks, printing so many pages, 2
bucks, other etc's, 2 bucks. If you promote your cafe in the right way and
convert it in the place to be in that piece of town and in a couple of
years you'll have a second one opening supported with the prestigie of the
first one.

Just an idea.

Be well.
