i'm [still!] in the planning stages. can you offer advice on staffing?
how many persons, positions and what do they cost? or will i be wearing
those hats? :)
specifically the cafe manager, who will need restaurant experience as
well as tech-know [right?].
also, how and where do/did you find financing - start up, etc?
