Converted at the price of $16.50 per share , being the conversion price stipulated in the share purchase agreement. Microsoft acquired approximately 90,100,000 shares or 1.4% of Apple . A clause in the agreement does give Apple , Inc. the right of first refusal to purchase back the shares shall Microsoft choose to sell said shares.
